基于AHP的深圳服务型高校发展战略研究

A Research of Shenzhen Colleges Development Strategy:From Service-oriented Higher Education System Perspective

文章基于层次分析法（AHP）对深圳服务型高校发展战略进行研究,通过构建AHP模型,分析建设服务型地方高等院校的影响因素,制定具有针对性的战略,最后在服务型高等教育体系视角下提出深圳高校战略发展的对策建议。

This paper analyzes strategic decision of service-oriented colleges in Shenzhen based on the ana-lytic hierarchy process（AHP）. The influence factors of building service-oriented local colleges and univer-sities are studied by constructing the AHP model. And then targeted strategies are developed. Finally, sugges-tions are made on the countermeasures for implementing the development strategies of shenzhen colleges and u-niversities under the service-oriented perspective of higher education system.
