摘要
钢结构作为一种自重小、施工简便的建筑结构类型,不仅能满足当今建筑物复杂新颖的造型要求,而且有着很高的技术合理性和经济优越性,在有复杂造型和高大空间需求的工程中得到广泛应用。作为高大钢结构空间中重要的装饰吊顶,其装饰面板的形状、尺寸必须结合建筑造型要求和材料特性合理选择,并且满足防潮、耐火、耐久、环保甚至透光等多种使用功能的要求。以武汉天河机场交通中心工程为背景,对高大钢结构空间曲面金属吊顶施工进行工艺介绍,重点对吊顶的悬挂方法和构造形式进行阐述,提出合理的安装方法和施工顺序。该技术的应用,不仅可带来一定的经济效益,而且在钢结构下曲面吊顶技术的创新上有了新的突破。
As a kind of small weight and simple construction structure,steel structure can not only meet the complex novel style requirement of buildings,but also with a high degree of technical rationality and economic superiority. It has been widely promoted and applied in a complex shape and large space requirements in engineering. As an important decorative ceiling in tall steel structure space,the shape and size of the decorative panel must be selected with requirements of architectural design and material properties,and meet the moisture proof,fire resistance,durability,environmental protection,and even light transmittance requirement. In this paper,through engineering example of traffic center of Wuhan Tianhe Airport,the process of curved ceiling in tall steel structure space is introduced,focusing on the design of hanging method and ceiling plane form,reasonable construction sequence is proposed. The application of this technology can not only bring about some economic benefits,but also make a new breakthrough in the technology of curved ceiling with steel structure.
