大跨度宽幅波形钢腹板PC箱梁非对称悬臂施工技术

Construction Technology of Non-symmetrical Cantilever of the Large-span Wide Width Corrugated Steel Web PC Box Girder

以深圳东宝河特大桥大跨度宽幅波形钢腹板PC箱梁非对称悬臂施工为实例,研究了0号段墩梁刚接、托架安装和0号段现浇,菱形挂篮安装和预压,梁段波形钢腹板运输和吊装,边跨支架、挂篮组合法施工,以及中跨跨中钢底板挂篮吊装、中跨合龙段挂篮施工和体外预应力悬浮装置张拉等施工关键技术。

Based on cantilever construction of non-symmetrical cantilever of the large-span wide width corrugated steel web PC box girder for Shenzhen Dongbao River Bridge,this paper introduces some construction technologies,including pier-girder consolidation in No. 0 segment,bracket installation and cast-in-situ concrete in No. 0 segment,the installation and preloading of diamond hanging basket,transportation and hoisting of the corrugated steel web in girder segment,side span stent-hanging basket combination method construction,as well as hanging basket hoisting of intermediate straddle steel plate,the hanging basket construction in midspan closure segment and tension of external prestressing suspension device.
