摘要 沈阳宝能环球金融中心一阶段项目裙房屋顶天窗为单层三向网格圆柱形板节点曲面网壳,网壳跨度30m,离地面最大高度40m,考虑到网壳弦杆截面小、网壳跨度大、离地面高度大,以往在进行网壳结构施工时,常采用吊装法、滑移法或满堂脚手架支撑平台,但前两者均适用于小跨度,而后者则又具有工期长和成本高等缺点。本工程通过设计钢桁架平台和万向节点支撑杆,选用节点与拼装施工等一系列的研究和实践,证明了基于钢桁架平台和万向节点支撑杆的施工技术适用于曲面网壳结构高空散拼。同时,采用圆柱形板节点,节点传力明确、直接,满足结构受力要求,并解决了复杂曲面网壳弦杆安装方向问题,避免由于制作和安装误差导致网壳弦杆与节点无法对接。本施工技术具有灵活性高、可操作性强、工期短、成本低、施工方便和安全可靠等特点。 In Shenyang Baoneng World Financial Center 's phase I project,the skylight of annex is a single-layer three-way cylindrical plate joint surface latticed shell,which spans 30 m and its maximum height above the ground is 40 m. Given that the small section of latticed shell chords,large latticed shell span and high height above ground,in the past,hoisting method,slip method and full scaffolding support platform were often used to do it. However,the first two methods are suitable for the small span,while the last one has disadvantages of long construction period and high cost. This project proves that construction technology based on steel truss platform and gimbal support rod can apply to bulk-way scattered assembly technology with high-altitude of surface latticed shell construction by a series of researches and practices including designing steel truss platform and gimbal support rod,selecting joints and assembling construction. At the same time,the cylindrical plate joint is used to transmit the force of the joint clearly and directly to meet the requirements of the structural stress. It can also solve the problem of the installation direction of the complicated surface latticed shell chord,and prevent the latticed shell chord and the joint from being unable to be connected due to the manufacture and installation errors. The construction technology has the characteristics of high flexibility, strong operability,short construction period,low cost,convenient construction and safety and reliability.
