摘要
恶臭作为一种环境公害,受到人们越来越多的关注。随着生产规模的不断扩大以及炼制含硫、高硫原油比例的不断增加,生产过程中产生恶臭污染的风险加大,对周围环境的不利影响也越来越严重,容易诱发恶臭扰民事件,因此开展炼油装置恶臭污染控制治理十分必要。通过不断进行技术改造、优化操作、强化管理,逐步使含硫、高硫原油加工中的重要装置延迟焦化、酸性水汽提、硫磺回收等恶臭气体污染明显减轻,取得了较好的效果。
As a kind of environmental pollutant, malodor attracts more and more attention. With the continuous expansion of production scale and the increasing proportion of sour and high - sulfur crude oil refining, the risk of malodor pollution in the production process is increased, the adverse impact on the surrounding environment is increasingly serious. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out odor pollution control in oil refinery. Through continual technological innovation, optimization of operation and strengthening of management, it has gradually delayed the coking of important equipment in the processing of sulfur and high - sulfur crude oil, and remarkably reduced the stench gas pollution such as acid water vapor withdrawal and sulfur recovery, and achieved good results.
