石墨烯对天然橡胶/溶聚丁苯橡胶胎面胶性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用机械共混法在天然橡胶/溶聚丁苯橡胶胎面胶中加入石墨烯,研究石墨烯对胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着石墨烯含量增大,混炼胶的门尼粘度、F_L和F_(max)增大,t_(10)和t_(90)缩短,Payne效应增强;硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度增大,拉断伸长率和阿克隆磨耗量先增大后减小,抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力降低,石墨烯质量分数为0.03时,滚动阻力最低;硫化胶中石墨烯导电逾渗阈值为0.03。 Graphene was added into NR/SSBR tread compound by mechanical blending method,and the effect of graphene on the properties of tread compound was studied.The results showed that with the increasing of the graphene content,the Mooney viscosity,F_L and F_(max) of the compound increased,t_(10) and t_(90) were shortened,Payne effect was strengthened,the hardness,modulus and tear strength increased,the elongation at break and Akron abrasion loss increased first and then decreased,the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance decreased.When the weight fraction of graphene was 0.03,the rolling resistance of the compound reached the lowest value.The conductive percolation threshold of graphene was 0.03.
