摘要
研究4种相容剂对氯丁橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:加入相容剂,并用胶的形态均匀性改善,门尼粘度减小,硫化速度加快,流动性改善,但交联程度降低;硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力减小,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,耐热老化性能提高;其中氯化丁基橡胶的相容效果最好,有效改善了并用胶的加工性能和使用性能。
The effect of four kinds of compatibilizers on the properties of CR/BR blend was investigated.The results showed that,by adding compatibilizer,the morphology uniformity of the blend was improved,Mooney viscosity decreased,curing rate increased,fluidity improved,but crosslinking degree dropped.With compatibilizer,the hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate decreased,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength increased,and thermal aging resistance improved.Among the four tested compatibilizers,the compatibilizing effect of compatibilizer CIIR was the best,which effectively improved the processibility and performance of the blend.
