摘要
针对目前目录导航设计存在诸如用户和分类架构师之间的认知差距等问题,采用心智模型这一符号化的知识结构,针对机器人电子商务平台的目录导航设计与实现展开研究。基于符号表征解释的心智模型,针对用户的认知习惯和操作方式,实现心智模型在网页中的映射,并对商务平台目录导航表现模型与用户心智模型的不一致进行分析。进而设计并实现了基于心智模型的机器人商务平台目录导航模块功能。通过改进电子商务平台目录导航设计,可提高用户查找所需商品的速度,提升用户体验,增强用户黏性。
Regarding the cognitive gap between the user and the category architect, the mental model with its advantage of symbol- ic knowledge structure was used to study the design and implementation of the directory navigation in the robot business platform. Based on the mental model of symbolic representation, the mapping mental model in web pages was realized, and the inconsistency between the site directory navigation performance model and the user' s mental model were analyzed. Furthermore, the directory navigation module of robot business platform is designed and implemented based on mental model. By improving the design of di- rectory navigation in the robot business platform, the speed of finding the desired commodity could be increased, the user experi- ence could be improved, and the stickiness of user could be enhanced.
