摘要
根据麻花钻的实际制造过程,介绍了UG软件在麻花钻螺旋线法平面内,以实际钻头刃沟铣刀轮廓生成前刀面的方法。基于锥面刃磨法的原理,并通过对麻花钻后刀面数学模型的分析,以一种两面自然相交的方法确定麻花钻的主切削刃及横刃,并利用UG软件建立了麻花钻后刀面,完成了麻花钻的三维建模。该建模方法不仅可以生成符合实际的麻花钻三维模型,而且可有效地避免人为选取外缘点确定主切削刃而造成的误差,对后续麻花钻钻削加工的性能分析具有重要意义。
According to the actual manufacturing process of twist drill, the method of generating the rake face by using UG soft- ware to replace the helical groove truncation in the plane of helix method of twist drill was introduced. Based on the principle of conical grinding method, and the mathematical model analyzing of the flank face of twist drill, the main cutting edge and trans- verse edge of twist drill were determined with a two-way natural intersecting method, the twist drill flank face was established by using UG software, and the three-dimensional modeling of twist drill was completed. This modeling method can not only generate more realistic three-dimensional model of twist drill, but also effectively avoid the errors caused by artificial selection of the main cutting edge, which is of great significance for the subsequent analysis of the performance of twist drill.
