摘要
针对现有砂浆机圆形喷嘴存在喷涂不均匀的问题,设计了一种异形喷嘴。通过流体分析软件Fluent的多相流中的欧拉模型分析得到异形喷嘴内流场的速度变化情况和体积分数变化情况,在此基础上,以速度方差和体积分数方差为衡量标准对喷嘴进行优化,选出较合适的压缩空气入射角、压缩空气入口数,以及喷嘴前端的长、宽、厚,得到符合自动抹墙机要求的喷嘴结构。最后利用3D打印技术制造出优化的模型样品进行实验,以验证优化结果。该研究对自动抹墙机喷嘴的优化有重要的参考价值。
For existing problem of uneven spraying of mortar machine circle nozzle, a new kind of non-circle nozzle was designed. First, the speed changes and volume fraction changes of nozzle flow field were obtained by the CFD software Fluent and the Eule- rian model in muhiphase flow. On this basis, nozzle was optimized according to variance of speed and volume fraction. Then, more appropriate compressed air angle of incidence, number of compressed air inlet and tip of the nozzle length, width and thickness were selected. Finally, the nozzle structure to meet the requirements of automatic wall plastering machine was obtained. Finally, an optimized model sample made by 3D printing technology was test to verify optimized results. This study has important reference value for future optimization of nozzle of automatic wall plastering machine.
