摘要 为了进一步优化猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)工厂化栽培的培养条件,筛选优良菌种,本试验选择18种不同来源的猴头菇菌种作为试验材料,通过对各菌种的菌丝生长情况、菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数进行比较,研究不同猴头菇菌种的母种和原种菌丝生长特性。研究结果表明,13号(猴头1)和17号(雪梅猴头)这两个菌种的猴头菇母种和原种菌丝生长较好,其菌丝浓密、均匀,长势评分较高,平均生长速率较快,母种达到0.90 cm·d^(-1),原种达到0.79 cm·d^(-1),极显著高于其他菌种,菌丝生长指数也较高,母种、原种的生长指数分别达到了4.42和3.44。因此,从菌丝生长特性方面考虑,13号(猴头1)和17号(雪梅猴头)可考虑作为猴头菇栽培时的优良菌种。 In order to further optimize the industrial cultivation condition of Hericium erinaceus, and select the excellent strains, taking 18 kinds of different sources of H. erinaceus strains as test materials, through comparing the mycelial growth, mycelial growth rates and mycelial growth indexes of different strains, the mycelial growth characteristics of stock spawn and secondary spawn of H. erinaceus were studied. The results showed that the mycelial growth of stock spawn and secondary spawn of No.13 (Herlcium erinaceus No.13) and No.17 (Xuemei Hericium erinaceus) were better than that of others. Their mycelia were dense and uniform, and the growth scores were high. Their average growth rates were also faster, which is significantly higher than oth- er strains, and the stock spawn reached 0.90 cm .d-1 and the secondary spawn reached 0.79 cm.d-1. And their mycelial growth indexes were also larger, and the growth indexes of the stock spawn and secondary spawn reached 4.42 and 3.44, respectively. Therefore, considering the characteristics of the mycelium growth, No.13 and No.17 could be used as excellent strains for H. er/naceus cultivation.
