摘要
牡丹籽粕作为优质氮源之一,可以代替麦麸用于平菇栽培。在棉籽壳为主料的栽培基质中以3%的牡丹籽粕代替5%麦麸,对平菇菌丝生长速度无显著影响,而子实体的生物学效率显著提高;在棉籽壳、玉米芯混合栽培基质中以3%的牡丹籽粕代替5%麦麸,可显著提高平菇菌丝生长速度和子实体生物学效率,并提高出菇集中度;平菇子实体还原糖与多糖含量随牡丹籽粕添加量的不同而发生变化。
As a kind of high quality nitrogen source, peony seed dreg can be used instead of wheat bran for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation. In the cultivation medium of cotton seed shell, the growth rate of mycelium was not significantly influenced by 3% peony seed dreg instead of 5% wheat bran, and the biological efficiency was significantly increased. The growth rate of myceli- um and the biological efficiency were significantly improved by substituting 5% wheat bran with 3% peony seed dreg in the mixed cultivation medium of cotton seed and corn cob, and the concentration of fruiting had been increased. The content of re- ducing sugar and polysaccharide in the fruiting body of P. ostreatus were varied with the amount of peony seed dreg.
