摘要
通过对猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)ha菌株在工厂化条件下的适宜生长因子和最佳栽培料配比进行研究,结果表明,菌丝发菌阶段最适温度为(23±0.5)℃,子实体生长阶段最适温度为(20±0.5)℃,湿度为(80±2)%,CO2浓度不高于0.075%,光照强度为20 lx^100 lx;最佳栽培料配比为棉籽壳20%、玉米芯60%、麸皮19%、石膏1%,为工厂化企业提供了技术指导。
By studying on proper growth factors and cuhivation material proportions of Hericium erinaceuz ha, we integrated the accurate technology in factory cultivation of H. erinaceus. The results showed that the optimum temperature was (23±0.5)℃ on mycelium stage. On the subentity growth stage, the optimum temperature was (23±0.5)℃, humidity was (80±2)%, the con- centration of CO2 was no more than 0.075%, and the light intensity was 20 lx-100 Ix. The proportion of the best cultivated ma- terial was 20% of cottonseed shell, 60% of corn kernel, 19% of bran and 1% of gypsum. This provided technological guidance for factories.
