摘要
基于谐波平衡法,通过隐式-显式相结合的分析方法,分别从理论分析和有限元分析角度对转子-盘片-机匣耦合系统进行碰摩过程数值模拟和响应特征研究,并就影响碰摩响应的因素作了进一步分析,包括转静子间不同间隙、不同刚度比以及不同转速。得出的结论和所提出的研究方法有助于进一步深入认识叶片-机匣碰摩的物理现象及原理,并给工程中碰摩现象的故障诊断提供一定的参考。
Based on the method of harmonic balance, the numerical simulation and response characteristics of the rotor-blade-casing coupling system were studied through theoretic analysis and finite element analysis. And the fac- tors affecting the response of rub-impact were further analyzed, including different clearance between the rotor, different stiffness ratio and different rotational speed. The conclusion and the proposed method have a certain reference value for deeply understanding the physical phenomena of blade-casing rubbing and the fault diagnosis of rub-impact phenomenon in engineering.
