新型燃气分析仪的研究

摘要 空燃比不合理会造成热损失增加,热效率降低,环境污染加重。鉴于现有燃气热值分析仪存在的缺陷,设计出一款新型燃气分析仪。新燃气分析仪由煤气流量、空燃比-残氧双闭环及燃烧器构成。首先,通过监测燃烧器烟道中的残氧,调节空燃比,将残氧稳定在1%2%范围内,保证燃烧器中的煤气燃烧充分;其次,将此分析仪的空燃比在线实时传输给燃气设备,用于其燃烧过程优化控制。根据某钢厂热风炉现场数据,建立BP神经网络温度预测模型。结果表明:热风炉拱顶温度上升速率提高,蓄热期温度降低,废气温度升高,单位能耗降低,送风效果提高,该热值仪具有实际应用价值。 The unreasonable air-fuel ratio Can result in the increase of heat loss, the decrease of heat efficiency, and the aggravation of environment pollution. For the defect of gas calorific value analytic instrument, a new type of gas calorific value analytic instrument was designed, which was composed of the gas flow, air-fuel ratio-residual oxygen double closed-loop and the burner. Firstly, the air-fuel ratio was adjusted through monitoring the residual oxygen in flue of burner, and then the residual oxygen was stabilized at 1% ~ 2% to ensure the full burning of gas in the burner. Secondly, the air fuel-ratio of gas analyzer was transmitted to the gas equipment on line, which was used to optimize and control the combustion process. According to the field data of hot-blast furnace in a steel mill, the mod- el of temperature prediction for BP neural network was built. From the results, we can see that the rise speed of dome temperature in hot-blast furnace is increased, the temperature in period of heat accumulation is reduced, the exhaust gas temperature is raised, the unit energy consumption is decreased, and the effect of air supply is improved. Thus, this caloric value instrument has practical application value.
