摘要
对多层物流仓储设施供应链的均衡管理,能够提高物流仓储系统运行效率。对物流仓储供应链的均衡管理,需要构建商品供应链均衡管理模型,获取供应链网络模型达到均衡的条件,完成物流仓储供应链均衡处理。传统方法建立了具有时变时滞的供应链结构模型,获取物流系统的时变特性,但忽略了供应链结构模型的均衡条件,导致管理精度偏低。提出从价值流理论角度出发构建包含多层物流仓储设施和商品供需成员的供应链网络均衡模型,获取供应链网络模型达到均衡的条件,对于多品种、复杂仓储设施供应链拓扑结构,以及仓储设施库容的情况,在仓储设施外层对库存策略和内层对物流分配方案分别进行寻求的双层求解方法。实验结果表明,上述方法有效降低了供应链维持成本,提高了客户满意度。
In this article, from the perspective of value stream theory, we build an equilibrium model of supply chain network including multi-layer logistics storage facilities and commodity supply-demand members to obtain the condition that supply chain network model reached equilibrium. For many supply chain topology structure of multi- type and complex storage facilities, and storage capacity of storage facilities, we seek the double-deck solution method for the inventory strategy, the inner layer and logistics distribution plan in the outer layer of storage facility. From experimental results, the method effeetively reduces the maintenance cost of supply chain and improves the customer satisfaction.
