摘要
磁元件中磁芯损耗和绕组损耗作为一个元器件中的两部分损耗两者本身难以分离开,目前还没有一种有效的既能测量给定励磁工况下磁元件绕组损耗,又能直接测量功率变换器中磁元件绕组损耗的测量评估方法。提出了一种可直接测量磁元件绕组损耗的方法,在磁元件中引入一个辅助绕组,通过分析被测绕组端口和辅助绕组端口之间电参数的关系,得到只体现被测绕组损耗的电参数,以获得被测绕组的损耗。最后,以空心电感作为测试对象,采用高精度的功率测量仪器对绕组损耗进行测量,通过阻抗测量法结合计算空心电感绕组损耗的方法进行验证,验证了所提方法的可行性和准确度。
The core losses and winding losses, as two part losses of a component, are difficult to be separated in the magnetics. At present, there is no effective method to measure winding losses under the given excitation condition, and to directly measure the winding losses of magnetics in power converters. This paper presented a direct measuring method of winding losses for magnetics, which obtained the winding losses through adding an auxiliary winding to the magnetics, and analyzing the relationship of the electrical parameters between the measured winding port and the auxiliary winding port. Finally, the air core inductor was used as the test object, the winding losses were measured by high precision power meters using the proposed method, which was verified by the impedance analyzer approach combining with the calculation, and the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method were validated.
