基于混合整数二阶锥规划的新能源配电网电压无功协同优化模型 被引量:59

A Model for Multi-objective Coordination Optimization of Voltage and Reactive Power in Distribution Networks Based on Mixed Integer Second-order Cone Programming

摘要 考虑配电网运行的时序特性,以多时段功率损耗最小、电压偏离最小和电压无功优化中需求响应利用率最大化为多目标函数,建立分布式新能源配电网电压无功协同控制的多时段多目标动态优化模型。在对配电网无功补偿装置无功功率进行优化配置并充分利用实时的需求响应基础上,提出分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)环境下配电网电压无功多目标协同优化的混合整数二阶锥规划方法。在优化问题求解中,优化的决策变量包括离散型变量和连续型变量,而且潮流约束等式计算复杂性大。该文首先将潮流模型转化成锥规划模型,将潮流变量间复杂的关系以线性公式替代,而新变量则用特殊结构的锥集表示,从而简化了优化模型,使得优化问题转化为可高效快速精确求解的混合整数二阶锥规划模型。采用PG&E的69节点配电系统测试的结果验证了所提出控制方法的可行性和适用性。 Considering the timing characteristics of distribution network operation, taking power loss minimum, multi-period voltage deviation minimum and utilization maximum in voltage and reactive power optimization as the objective functions, a multi-period multi-objective dynamic optimization model for coordination control of voltage and reactive power in a distribution system with distributed renewable energy was presented in the paper. On the basis of optimizing the reactive power of the reactive power compensation devices in the distribution network and making full use of the real-time demand response, a mixed integer second-order cone programming method for multi-objective collaborative optimization of voltage and reactive power in a distribution network was presented. In the optimization problem, the new variables were represented by a cone set of special structure, and the complex relationship between the power flow variables are replaced by a linear formula, and then the power flow model was transformed into a cone programming model because the decision variables include discrete variables and continuous variables, and the computational complexity of the power flow constraint equation was very large. By using these transformations, the optimization model was simplified, and the optimization problem was transformed into a mixed integer second order cone programming model which can be solved efficiently and quickly. The feasibility and applicability of the control method were verified by the results of the test of PGE 69-node distribution system.
