摘要
设备是构成系统的重要要素,在系统(如电力系统)运行过程中,设备的性能变化是随机的,当其变化过程与预期不相符时,既定的检修计划往往无法发挥其有效的作用。对此,该文建立一种考虑既定检修计划随设备性能意外变化而调整的检修决策模式,并在在线监测背景下可以使预定检修计划实时关联设备的全部性能状态。在此基础上,建立关联设备时变性能的状态检修决策模型,给出随预定检修时刻变动的设备风险和系统风险。并以二者之和最小为目标,并计及相关检修约束,完成状态检修决策的建模。最后,通过算例分析说明考虑性能关联检修决策是可行有效的。
Performance of electrical equipment is a stochastic process in operation of power system. Maintenance predefined will be invalid if performance of equipment has unexpected changes. In the context of online monitoring, performance states of equipment can be observed all the time. So maintenance can be adjusted with all the performance states of equipment which have unexpected changes. On this basis, a state maintenance decision model of the time-varying performance of the related equipment was established, and the equipment risk and system risk changing with the predetermined maintenance time were given. At the same time, taking the sum of two risks as the goal, and taking into account the related maintenance constraints, the modeling of the state maintenance decision making was completed. Finally, feasibility and validity of the proposed model were analyzed on numerical tests.
