摘要
为研究扇贝裙边对正常小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响,以扇贝裙边为原料,用复合蛋白酶进行酶解获得活性肽。通过单因素和正交试验,确定酶解最佳工艺条件为:底物浓度7%,加酶量100 U/m L,酶解4 h。此时扇贝裙边多肽的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为93.31%。扇贝裙边活性肽对正常小鼠体内血糖及糖耐量影响结果表明:与空白组相比,给予淀粉溶液0.5 h后,高剂量组的血糖值(14.23±2.33 mmol/L)和糖耐量曲线下面积均有一定程度的降低。因此,扇贝裙边活性肽可以改善正常小鼠对血糖浓度的调节能力,对机体的糖耐受能力具有一定的增强作用。
In order to study the effect of scallop skirt on blood glucose and glucose tolerance in normal mice, the active peptides were obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis with scallop skirt as raw material. According to single factor and orthogonal experiment., the optimum conditions were determined that the concentration of substrate was 7%, the amount of enzyme was 100 U/m L, and the enzymolysis time was 4 h, and the activity of α-glucosidase inhibitor of scallop skirt polypeptide was 93.31%. The effect of scallop skirt active peptide on blood glucose and glucose tolerance in normal mice showed that the blood glucose level(14.23±2.33 mmol/L) and the area under the glucose tolerance curve were higher in the high dose group than that in the blank group a certain degree of reduction after the starch solution was administered for 0.5 h. Therefore, the scallop skirt active peptide could improve the ability of normal mice to adjust the blood glucose concentration, the body's sugar tolerance had a certain role in enhancing.
