摘要
以黑枸杞为原料,测定其基本营养成分。对黑枸杞的微量元素及维生素B_1、B_2含量进行了测定,并与红枸杞进行了比较。结果表明:黑枸杞的营养成分含量为蛋白质浓度14.7%,脂肪浓度1.7%,灰分浓度7.0%,粗纤维浓度22.5%,总糖浓度40.2%;电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析可知,黑枸杞中镁浓度为2.05×10~2 mg/kg,钙浓度为1.36×10~2mg/kg,铁浓度为1.28×10~2 mg/kg,锌浓度为1.7×10 mg/kg,锰浓度为1.1×10 mg/kg,铜浓度为1.0×10 mg/kg,钙、镁浓度较高。超高效液相色谱仪分析可知,黑枸杞中维生素B_1、B_2浓度为25.8 mg/kg,19.3 mg/kg。通过与红枸杞比较,发现黑枸杞中维生素B_1、B_2浓度均高于红枸杞。黑枸杞的营养丰富,具有较高的开发和利用价值。
The nutrient contents of Lycium ruthenicum Murr were determined in this work. The Lyceum ruthenicum Murr of trace elements and vitamin B_1,B_2 was determined, and the results were compared with the mediar. The results showed that the crude protein of Lyceum ruthenicum Murr was 14.7%, fat was 1.7%, ash content was 7.0%, coarse fibre was 22.5%, and the total sugar was 40.2%. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS) analysis indicated that the magnesium content of Lyceum ruthenicum Murr was 2.05×10~2 mg/kg, the calcium was 1.36×10~2 mg/kg, iron was 1.28×10~2 mg/kg, zinc was 1.7×10 mg/kg, manganese was 1.1×10 mg/kg, copper was 1.0×10 mg/kg, among them, the calcium and magnesium contents were higher. Ultra high performance liquid chromatograph(UPLC) analysis indicated that its contents of the Vitamin B_1,B_2 were 25.8 mg/kg, 19.3 mg/kg, respectively. By comparing with the red medlar, finding in the Lycium ruthenicum Murr, Vitamin B_1,B_2 contents were higher than the red medlar. Lycium ruthenicum Murr was rich, and it had great development and utilization potential.
