摘要
为探讨尾泥对高浓度磷尾矿胶结充填材料性能的影响,试验选取坍落度和稠度评价料浆流动性,选取分层度和泌水率评价其稳定性,选取28d抗压强度评价其力学性能,研究了料浆质量浓度设为85%,水泥浓度设为7%的情况下,尾泥掺量为10%~50%时,料浆流动性、稳定性及力学性能等的变化情况。试验结果表明:流动性随尾泥浓度的增大先增高后降低,稳定性随尾泥浓度的增大而增强,强度随尾泥浓度的增大先增大后减小;综合考虑流动性、稳定性、强度的影响效果,尾泥的最优掺量范围为25%~35%。
In order to discuss the effect of residual mud on the properties of high-concentration cemented filling materials with phosphate tailings, the slump and consistency were selected to evaluate the fluidity of slurry in tests, stratification and bleedingrate were used to evaluate the stability of slurry, and the compressive strength of 28 d was chosen to evaluate the mechanical property of slurry. Then, the changes of fluidity, stability and mechanical property of slurry were studied when the quality con- centration of slurry was set at 85%, the cement concentration was set at 7% and the dosage of residual mud was 10%-50%. The results showed that with the increase of residual mud concentration, the fluidity increased first and then decreased, the sta- bility strengthened and the change of strength was similar to that of fluidity. By comprehensively considering the effect of fluidi- ty, stability and strength, the optimum dosage range of residual mud was 25%-35%.
