摘要
充填料浆管道输送是充填采矿工艺的重要环节,为了研究不同因素对充填料浆管道输送阻力损失的敏感性,以管道阻力损失为指标,采用正交设计方法设计试验,通过Fluent双精度求解器进行模拟计算,探究料浆质量浓度、流速以及管径对阻力损失的影响程度。结果表明:影响管道输送阻力损失的敏感性顺序为:管径>质量浓度>流速;管径的影响最为显著,因此,矿山在充填系统设计和优化中,应充分考虑输送管径的影响,适当增大管径减少料浆管道输送阻力损失,以保证矿山充填系统安全高效运行。
Pipeline transportation is an important process in filling mining technology. In order to study the sensitivity of differ- ent factors to the resistance loss in pipeline transportation of the filling slurry, the orthogonal method was used to design the test with the pipeline resistance loss as the index. The Fluent double-precision solvers was used to simulate and calculate, so as to investigate the influences of slurry mass concentration, flow rate and diameter on resistance loss. The results showed that the sensitivity order of the influencing factors on resistance loss was pipe diameter 〉mass concentration〉flow rate. The effect of pipe diameter, which was the most significant, should be fully considered in the design and optimization of filling system. Ra- tionally increasing the pipeline diameter to reduce the resistance loss was necessary to ensure safe and efficient operation of the mine filling system.
