摘要 基于动态信号,利用相位传递熵分析了不同年龄人群的正常和异常心电信号。结果表明:心电信号的相位传递熵不随样本长度变化。20~30岁健康人群心电信号的相位传递熵呈上升趋势,40岁以后则呈下降趋势。健康人群相位传递熵平均值大于非健康人群的相应值。相比于其他方法,相位传递熵可以有效地区分健康人、恶性室性心律失常病人和房颤病人的心电信号。 Based on the characteristics of phase transfer entropy in dynamic signal analysis, the ECG signals of different age groups, normal and abnormal ECG signals are analyzed respectively. Simulation results show that the values of phase transfer entropy for the ECG signals of a healthy people change little with the length of the sample. The values of the phase transfer entropy for a healthy people are increasing with ages when their age ranges from 20 to 30 years old, while they are gradually decreasing after 40 years old. The overall distribution of the phase transfer entropy for healthy people is greater than that of non-healthy people. Moreover, the ECG signals of healthy people, malignant ventricular arrhythmia patients and patients with atrial fibrillation can be effectively distinguished by phase transfer entropy.
