半乳糖凝集素3对成年大鼠心脏成纤维细胞凋亡的影响

Effect of Galectin-3 on the Apoptosis of Adult Rat Cardiac Fibroblasts

目的:探讨半乳糖凝集素3(GAL3)对成年大鼠心脏成纤维细胞凋亡的影响。方法:培养原代成年大鼠心脏成纤维细胞,构建Lgals3基因沉默的成年大鼠心脏成纤维细胞模型,通过流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡水平。结果:Lgals3基因沉默的细胞表现出早期凋亡水平增加(P<0.01)。结论:GAL3在成年大鼠心脏成纤维细胞中具有抗凋亡的作用,缺乏GAL3可以引起细胞早期凋亡增加。

Objective： To investigate the expression of galectin-3 （GAL3） in adult rat cardiac fibroblasts and its effect on apoptosis. Methods： Primary cardiac fibroblasts were isolated from the heart of adult Sprague Dawley rats and transfected with siRNA interference which targets to GAL3. Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry. Results： GAL3 silencing by siRNA interference significantly increased the number of early apoptotic cells （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ： GAL3 plays an anti-apoptotic role in adult rat cardiac fibroblasts.
