摘要
目的:研究缺血处理对压疮大鼠受压组织中性粒细胞浸润度的影响,为临床判断压疮损伤的程度及压疮干预效果提供理论依据。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(S组)、缺血再灌注组(RI组)和缺血预处理组(IPC组)、缺血后处理组(I-Post C组),每组20只,建立大鼠压疮缺血再灌注损伤处理模型,通过监测皮肤压伤程度及受压组织中性粒细胞数,以判断压疮缺血再灌注损伤程度。结果:皮肤及皮下组织压伤病理测定:除S组外,RI组、IPC组、I-Post C组大鼠皮肤及皮下组织均出现了轻度和中度的压伤,未出现重度的压伤。除S组外,其他各组大鼠皮肤及皮下组织均有出现Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级的中性粒细胞浸润,但均未出现Ⅲ或Ⅳ的中性粒细胞浸润程度(P<0.05)。讨论:缺血处理对压疮缺血再灌损伤性压疮具有保护作用。
Objective : To study the effect of ischemic treatment on neutrophil infiltration degree in pressure tissue of pressure sore rats, and to provide theoretical basis for judging the extent of pressure ulcer injury and the intervention effect of pressure sore. Methods: 80 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (S group), ischemia reperfusion group (group RI) and ischemic preconditioning group (IPC group), ischemic postprocessing group (I-PostC group), 20 rats in each group, pressure ulcer ischemia reperfusion injury in rats model was established by monitoring skin pressure the number of neutrophils and compression injury tissue. The pressure ulcer ischemia reperfusion injury degree was inves- tigated. Results : Pathological changes of skin and subcutaneous tissue were observed. Except for group S, mild and mod- erate injuries occurred in both skin and subcutaneous tissues of RI group, group IPC and group I-PostC, and no severe crush injuries occurred. Except for group S, the infiltration of neutrophils at grade I and II occurred in both the skin and subcutaneous tissues of all the other groups, but there was no infiltration of neutrophils at grade 3 or IV (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : Ischemic treatment has protective effect on pressure sore, ischemia reperfusion injury and pressure sore.
