摘要
目的:探讨脑转移瘤标本中TTF-1的表达情况及其与患者生存时间的关系。方法:回顾性分析脑转移瘤患者50例的生存时间,检测病理标本中TTF-1的表达情况。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制不同TTF-1表达组的生存曲线,用Log-rank检验不同TTF-1表达组的生存曲线是否存在差异。结果:TTF-1不同表达的两组患者的生存时间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:TTF-1可以在多种脑转移瘤中表达,TTF-1阳性患者的预后优于TTF-1阴性患者。
Objective： To analyze the expression of thyroid transcription fac-tor-1 （TTF-1 ） in brain metastasis and the relationship of patients＇ survival time. Method ： The survival time of 50 patients with brain metastasis were analyzed retrospectively. The expression of TTF- 1 in brain metastasis sample was detected, and the survival time between ~Fl＇F- 1 negative group and positive group was compared. Results： The survival time between TTF-1 negative group an（] positive group was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TI＇F-1 could express in many brain metastasis. The prognosis of TTF-1 positive group is better than TTF-1 negative group.
