摘要
目的观察临床药学服务与患者用药心理调整的临床分析情况。方法选取医院住院患者120例,随机分为对照组(实施常规用药干预)、观察组(采取临床药学服务),每组60例。比较2组患者的用药情况及心理状态评分情况。结果观察组重复用药、剂量错误、剂型不适宜、漏服药发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。药学服务后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对住院患者实施临床药学服务的同时不可忽视对患者心理方面的干预,从而达到合理用药,提高临床依从性。
Objective To observe the clinical analysis of clinical pharmacy service and psychological adjustment of patients' medication. Methods 120 hospitalized patients were selected and randomly divided into control group( conventional drug intervention) and observation group( clinical drug service),60 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were compared on medication status and mental status score. Results The repeated medication,the wrong dose,unsuitable dosage form and the incidence of missed medication in observation group were lower than those of in the control group and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 01). After the pharmacy service,the anxiety self-rating scale( SAS) and the depression self-rating scale( SDS) in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The patient's psychological intervention can not be ignored while implementing the clinical pharmacy inpatients services,so as to achieve rational drug use and improve clinical compliance
