小肠内排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻效果分析

Analysis of the effect of small intestinal permutation in the treatment of extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的观察分析在治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻时采用小肠内排列术预防再次发生粘连性肠梗阻的效果。方法选择2013年4月~2016年6月在我院诊断治疗的广泛粘连性肠梗阻手术患者86例,按治疗方式不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组行常规肠梗阻手术,观察组行小肠内排列术,观察并比较两组的临床疗效和手术情况。结果观察组术后排气时间、手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中流血量低于对照组(P<0.05),而且观察组患者术后并发症发生率和术后再次发生粘连性肠梗阻率均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻患者时应用小肠内排列术可有效缩短术后恢复排气时间和术后再次发生粘连性肠梗阻的概率,有临床应用推广的价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect＂ of enteral arrangement in the treatment of extensive adhesive ileus in the prevention of recurrence of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods From April 2013 to June 2016,86 patients with extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intestinal obstruction operation,the observation group received intestinal alignment operation,and the clinical efficacy and opera- tion of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The exhaust time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The blood volume in operation was lower than that in con- trol group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence of adhesive intestinal obstruction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conchlsion In the treatment of patients with extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction,the application of small intestine arrangement can effectively shorten postoperative recovery time and postoperative recurrence of adhesive intestinal obstruction,which is worthy of clinical application.
