改进的示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损的效果研究

Effect study of modified dorsal island flap of index finger on repair of thumb skin defect

目的探讨改进示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月11日~2016年7月20日在我院诊断治疗的46例拇指皮肤缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,改进组(21例,应用改进示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复治疗)、传统组(25例,应用传统示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复治疗)均随访1年,研究对改进组和传统组患者的皮瓣成活率、满意度评分、日常生活活动能力评分及指功能评分。结果改进组患者皮瓣成活率与传统组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改进组患者满意度评分显著高于传统组(P<0.05);术后1年日常生活活动能力评分显著高于传统组(P<0.05);改进组患者术后1年指功能评分显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论对拇指皮肤缺损患者采取改进示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复治疗切实可行,有助于改善指功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved dorsal island flap of index finger in repairing skin defect of thumb.Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of thumb skin defect diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April l 1,2013 to July 20,2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The improved group （21 cases,treated with improved dorsal island flap of index finger ） and the traditional group （25 cases,treated with traditional dorsal island flap of index finger） were followed up for 1 year.The survival rate,satisfaction score, daily living ability score and finger function score of the improved group and the traditional group were compared.Results There was no signficant difference in the survival rate of skin flap between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the improved group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group （P〈0.05）.One year after the operation,the scores of daily living activities were significantly higher than those of the traditional group（P〈0.05）.One year finger function score of the improved group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is feasible to improve the treatment of the patients with thumb skin defect by improving the treatment of the dorsal island flap.
