医学分子生物学实验课教学的实践和思考

Practice and thoughts of teaching in medical molecular biology experi-ment class

为了提高医学生的自主动手能力和创新能力,本文对医学分子生物学实验课常见的问题进行思考,并从建设分子生物学实验室和师资队伍、规范实验室用品、完善实验内容和实验指导手册、增加多媒体教学和改革实验成绩评定方法、提高学生的重视度等几个方面分析医学分子生物学实验课教学改革方案。

In order to improve the self-practice ability and innovation ability of medical student.This paper discussed the common problems in experiment class for medical molecular biology and analyzed the teaching reform program of medical molecular biology experiment class from several aspects of building molecular biology laboratory and faculty, standardizing laboratory supplies,perfecting experimental contents and experimental guidance manual,increasing multi- media teaching and reforming the evaluation method of experimental results,and increasing students＇ attention.
