病理征阳性的Miller-Fisher综合征与吉兰-巴雷综合征重叠型1例报告并文献复习

Report and literature review of one case of overlapping Miller-Fisher syndrome with positive pathological signs and Guillain-Barré syndrome

Miller-Fisher综合征(MFS)是吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)的一种变异类型,典型临床表现为眼外肌麻痹、共济失调、腱反射消失,临床较少见,通常病情较轻,部分可进展为GBS,新的诊断标准称为"重叠型"。当MFS迅速进展并出现周围神经受累以外的临床表现时,需加以鉴别。回顾性分析1例双侧病理征阳性、对称性四肢无力、面神经受累、咽喉肌麻痹、呼吸肌受累、远端感觉减退、自主神经功能异常的MFS与GBS重叠型患者的临床资料与中西医结合诊治经过,并结合文献复习,以加深对GBS与MFS新诊断分类和标准的认识。

Miller-Fisher syndrome （MFS） is a type of mutation of Guillain-Barre syndrome （GBS）.Typical clinical mani- festations include extraocular muscle paralysis,ataxia,and disappeared tendon reflex.It is less common clinically,and the symptoms are usually mild,some of which may progress to GBS.The new diagnostic criteria are called ＂overlapping＂. When MFS progresses rapidly and presents with clinical manifestations other than peripheral nerve involvement,it needs to be identified.Clinical data and diagnosis and treatment details with integrated TCM and western medicine for a patient with overlapping MFS and GBS showing positive bilateral pathological symptoms,symmetry limb weakness,facial nerve involvement,laryngeal muscle paralysis,respiratory muscle involvement,distal sensory dysfunction, and autonomic nerve dysfunction were retrospectively analyzed.The literature review is combined,so as to deepen the understanding of the new diagnosis classification and standard of GBS and MFS.
