摘要
为绿豆芽苗菜的工厂化生产提供参考,以极早绿珍珠二号绿豆品种为试验材料,研究4组不同蓝红光质组合LED灯及荧光植物生长灯(CK)对绿豆芽苗菜生长的影响。结果表明:1∶3和1∶5蓝红光质组合LED灯对绿豆芽苗菜全株生物量和地下部生物量有显著促进作用,并以1∶5蓝红光质组合的效果最佳,其在第21天时的全株生物量比CK高12.55%。1∶1蓝红光质组合对绿豆芽苗菜生长有一定抑制作用,但对其叶绿素含量有显著促进作用,且在第7天时其叶绿素含量比CK高54.72%,其他蓝红光质组合对绿豆芽苗菜的叶绿素含量具有一定抑制作用。4组蓝红光质组合LED灯对绿豆芽苗菜的可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和Vc含量均有一定促进作用,但高比例红光组合更有利于绿豆芽苗菜生长。
The effect of LED with four different blue and red light combinations on growth of Vigna radiata sprout was studied to provide a reference for industrialized production of V.radiata sprout.Results:The blue and red light combinations with 1∶3 and 1∶5 ratio have the promoting effect on biomass of V.radiatasprout per plant and underground part significantly and the effect of the blue and red light combination with 1∶5 ratio is better than the blue and red light combination with 1∶3 ratio.The biomass of V.radiatasprout per plant is 12.55% higher than CK(fluorescence plant growth lamp)on twenty-first day.The blue and red light combinations with 1∶3 ratio has a certain inhibition effect on growth of V.radiata sprout but the significant promoting effect on chlorophyll content of V.radiata sprout and the chlorophyll content is 54.72% higher than CK on seventh day.Other blue and red light combinations have a certain inhibition effect on chlorophyll content of V.radiatasprout.Four tested blue and red light combinations all have a certain promoting effect on soluble protein,soluble sugar and Vc content of V.radiatasprout.The LED with high-proportion red light combination is more beneficial to growth of V.radiatasprout.
