合成氨装置脱碳水洗期间泵密封损坏原因分析与对策

Reason Analysis of and Countermeasures to Pump Seal Damage During Decarbonization Washing of Ammonia Synthesis Plant

针对合成氨装置脱碳系统开工前水洗阶段,贫液泵、半贫液泵机械密封频繁损坏的问题,分析了造成机械密封损坏的原因,提出了相应的处理对策,泵密封使用状况得到极大改善,节约了备件成本和检修工作量。

This paper analyzes the causes to frequent damage of mechanical seal of the lean solution pump and semi-lean solution pump in the washing stage before starting-up the decarbonization system in ammonia plant,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.These measures can greatly improve the use of pump seal and save the cost of spare parts and maintenance work.
