摘要
肿瘤分子靶向治疗药物具有作用选择性和安全性高等优点,在癌症治疗中发挥着重要作用。美国FDA至今共批准了66种肿瘤分子靶向治疗药物。本文就肿瘤分子靶向治疗药物的发展概况作一简要介绍。
Targeted anti-cancer therapy is highly selective and safe, which plays an important role in cancer therapy. Sixty-six kinds of molecular targeted drugs have been approved by FDA. In this paper, we review the latest development of molecular targeted cancer therapy.
