The role of clinical pharmacists in the care of patients with cardiovascular disease

心血管疾病是一类常见的疾病,往往病程迁延、难以根治并伴随许多疾病,涉及复杂的药物治疗和多方面的健康护理。临床药师作为医疗团队中的一员,参与心血管疾病患者的护理,通过用药管理、用药教育、个体化用药分析等干预措施,可有效改善心血管疾病患者的药物治疗过程和预后。本文综述了临床药师参与心血管疾病患者护理的作用、系统评价和meta分析。

Cardiovascular disease is one of the common diseases and is always associated with a highly complicated drug regimen and large number of comorbidities, and often requires disparate number of healthcare providers. Clinical pharmacist as a member of the medical team can effectively improve the process of medical treatment and the prognosis when participating in the care of the patients by various interventions such as the management and education of medication and the individualized medication analysis and so on. The role of clinical pharmacists in the care of patients with cardiovascular disease, the systematic reviews and the meta-analysis are summarized in this article.
