摘要
目的降低ICU护士职业倦怠感。方法将152名ICU护士随机分为对照组76人和干预组70人,对照组不进行心理干预,干预组分为4个小组,每周开展1次巴林特小组活动,连续8次后评价效果。结果干预组职业倦怠总分及情感衰竭、去个性化评分显著降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施巴林特小组心理干预能够有效缓解ICU护士职业倦怠。
Objective To reduce burnout of ICU nurses.Methods A total of 152 ICU nurses were randomized into one of two groups.The control group(n=76)did not receive psychological interventions,while the intervention group(n=70)was divided into 4 groups to receive Balint group training once a week for 8 weeks.Results The overall Maslach Burnout Inventory score,and subscale scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization significantly decreased in the intervention group comparing to the control group(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Balint group training can reduce burnout of ICU nurses.
