中文版灵性需求量表的信效度研究

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Spiritual Needs Scale

目的引进灵性需求量表(SNS),并检验其信效度。方法对英文版SNS经Brislin法翻译和修订成中文版SNS,采取专家咨询法及分别对100例、298例癌症患者进行预调查和正式调查,评价其信度和效度。结果修订后的中文版SNS为5个维度23个条目,内容效度为0.980,各维度与量表总分之间的相关系数为0.557~0.873,5个公因子累积方差贡献率为57.885%;量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.908,分半信度系数为0.926,重测信度系数为0.902。结论中文版SNS具有良好的信效度,可作为中国癌症患者灵性需求的评估工具。

Objective To translate the Spiritual Needs Scale（SNS）into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The SNS was translated and revised into Chinese following Brislin′s model of cross-culture translation,then expert consultation,pilot survey with 100 cancer patients,and large sample survey with 298 cancer patients were conducted to test reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SNS.Results The revised Chinese version of SNS consisted of 5 dimensions and 23 items.The content validity index was 0.980 for the total scale.The correlation coefficients between each dimension score and the total score ranged from 0.557 to 0.873.Five factors were identified by exploratory factor analysis,accounting for 57.885% of the variance.The overall Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.908,Spearman-Brown split half coefficient was 0.926 and the test-retest reliability was 0.902.Conclusion The Chinese version of SNS is reliable and valid to evaluate spiritual needs of Chinese cancer patients.
