晨会小讲课用于CCU护理知识强化培训效果探讨

Effect of mini-lecture during morning meeting on improvement of knowledge of coronary care nurses

目的提高CCU护士专科护理知识培训效果,提高专科护理水平。方法对CCU 20名护士按照自行设计的《CCU护士专科护理知识强化培训计划》以晨会小讲课形式进行培训,由参与者依次轮流讲课,难点重点由专科护士和医生讲授及指导,每周5次,连续10个月后评价效果。结果培训后CCU护士专科护理知识考核成绩显著高于培训前(P<0.01);对晨会小讲课认同率为65%~90%;晨会小讲课带来的困扰包括占用过多的业余时间、对部分专科知识生疏、疲惫、查找资料途径单一及与家庭生活冲突等。结论晨会小讲课可有效提高CCU护士专科培训效果,但对护士支持度不够,须加以改进。

Objective To improve knowledge of coronary care nurses and to enhance nursing quality.Methods Mini-lectures,which were developed based on a self-designed training program of coronary care,were provided for 20 coronary care nurses during morning meeting 5 times per week.Participants rotated to provide mini-lectures,and nurse specialists and physicians were designated to teach the difficulties and focuses.Effect was evaluated after 10 months of intervention.Results Nurses′knowledge was significantly improved after the intervention（P〈0.01）.Sixty-five percent to ninety percent of nurses held positive attitude towards the parctice,but some of them believed practice of mini-lecture had occupied their leisure time and triggered family-work conflict.They also convinced that they were unfamiliar with some specialty knowledge and exhausted,and thought their strategies of literature search was poor.Conclusion The practice of mini-lecture during morning meeting could improve training effect in coronary care nurses,but support for nurses is not enough,indicating improvement is required.
