摘要 目的分析男性乳腺癌的临床特征及影响其预后的相关因素。方法男性乳腺癌病人30例,绘制无进展生存期生存曲线,并进行生存率估计及生存预后分析。结果雌激素受体阳性病人29例(97%),单因素预后分析显示肿瘤病理分级(χ~2=6.141,P=0.013)、激素受体状态(χ~2=10.465,P=0.005)影响病人预后;多因素预后分析中,肿瘤病理分级(χ~2=5.271,P=0.022,HR=5.762)影响病人预后。结论在男性乳腺癌病人中,雌激素受体阳性率较高,肿瘤病理分级可能是影响其预后的重要因素。 Objective To explore the clinicopathlogical characteristics and prognostic factors of male breast cancer.Methods Clinical data from 30 cases of male breast cancer patients were collected,the survival curve of PFS was drawn and the survival rate and survival prognosis were estimated.Results There were 29 cases(97%)of estrogen receptor positive patients in total.The tumor pathology grades(χ~2=6.141,P=0.013)and the status of hormone receptor(χ~2=10.465,P=0.005)affected the prognosis of male patients with breast cancer in univariate analysis.And the tumor pathology grades(χ~2=5.271,P=0.022,HR=5.762)affected the prognosis in multivariate analysis.Conclusion In male breast cancer patients,the positive rate of estrogen receptor is relatively high,and the tumor pathology grades is one of the most important factors affecting prognosis.
