围绕美军新的抵消战略和电磁频谱优势问题,梳理并分析美军电磁频谱战的理论发展沿革、主要战略政策与条令文件、预研装备与新技术、部队机构与战场运用等现状,在探讨条令文件内容、频谱管控系统兼容性和作战实施流程的基础上,重点从作战概念认知、新型装备研发、部队架构与作战运用等方面评述美军电磁频谱战发展的主要特点与基本启示。

Surrounding the problems of the new offset strategy and electromagnetic spectrum priority of U. S. military forces~ , developing evolution of the new theory of electromagnetic spectrum operations, the status quo of its principal strategic policies and statute documents, pre-researched equipment and new technologies, organizations of the services and application in battlefields are summarized and analyzed. While based on discussing contents of the statute documents, compatibility of the spectrum management systems and performance processes of its operations, main specialties and basic enlightenments from the development of U. S. armed forces＇ electromagnetic spectrum operations are concluded with key aspects of operational conception cognition, new equipment developing, forces architecture and operation employment ,and so on.
