苹果砧木八棱海棠和新疆野苹果耐盐性的比较 被引量:11

摘要 新疆南疆盐渍化土壤苹果栽培极需抗盐砧木,作者以八棱海棠(Malus robusta Rehd)和新疆野苹果(Malus sieversii Roem)为试材,在不同盐浓度胁迫下盆栽,研究其若干生理生化指标和叶片的解剖结构。结果表明,在不同胁迫强度下,从叶片细胞质膜透性看,八棱海棠比新疆野苹果耐盐潜力略高;从可溶性蛋白含量看,八棱海棠具有比新疆野苹果更强的抑制细胞脱水能力。叶片解剖观察表明,与新疆野苹果相比,八棱海棠的叶片组织结构在高盐胁迫下表现更稳定。 Salt resistant rootstock cultivar was of importance in apple commercial cultivation on calcareous soil in southern Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. In view of this,Malus robusta Rehd and Malus sieversii Roem as the test material, potted plants under the stress of different salt concentrations,several physiological and biochemical indexes and anatomical structure of leaves were studied. The result shows that,under salinity treatment, regarding of membrane permeability,M. robusta Rehd has higher salt tolerance than M.sieversii. Concerning of soluble protein content,M. robusta has higher inhibition ability against cell dehydration than M. sieversii. Anatomical observation revealed that leaf tissue of M. robusta was more stable than that of M. sieversii under high salt stress.
