摘要
人造大理石以不饱和聚酯树脂为粘结剂,以碳酸盐类石材(大理石、石灰石等)碎料、粉体为主要填料。人造大理石生产过程中固化时间长(通常10~15天)是整个行业面临的瓶颈问题。本文提出了采用P波段915 MHz频率的微波实现超大尺寸人造大理石(3.2m×1.6m×0.95m)快速固化的方法,分别介绍了微波固化实验样机的研制及初试结果,以及工程样机的研制及中试结果。工程样机最大功率150kW,已投入试生产,完成近3000颗超大尺寸人造大理石荒料的微波固化处理,工作稳定、可靠、安全。微波固化时间由自然固化的10~15天大幅缩至1h以内,微波固化后人造大理石产品质量满足行业标准要求,光泽度、均匀性、线性热膨胀系数等关键指标得到有效改善。
Artificial marble is mainly comprised of scrap and powder of natural marble and limestone,sand,and resin.Long hardening time of 10-15 days is the main technical bottleneck in artificial marble production process.In this research,the 915 MHz microwave is firstly used for fast hardening of ultralarge artificial marble blocks with typical size of 3.2 m×1.6 m×0.95 m.The development of experimental and engineering prototypes,and the results of preliminary and pilot tests are presented in detail.The microwave hardening engineering prototype with maximum output power of 150 kW has been applied in trial production,and has been used in hardening of almost 3000 blocks of artificial marble.The device shows good stability,reliability and safety.Microwave hardening takes less than 1 hour and it is much shorter than natural hardening of 10~15 days.The qualities of microwave hardening artificial marbles satisfy the standard of artificial stone industry,especially the uniformity and glossiness are improved and the linear coefficient of expansion is decreased.
