摘要
持久性有机污染物(POPs)对人类健康和环境具有严重危害,煤化工废水中多环苯类有机物引起的化学性水污染是最难处理的污染源,利用微波能技术特点辅助处理在化工污水中多环苯类有机物是近年研究热点,也是真空大功率微波器件发展新的市场出路。本文介绍了微波法辅助处理化工污水的机理及实验室结果并设计出一种对煤化工污水中永久有机物先富集后微波辅助降解类POPs物质的工艺方法和微波作用腔体的型式,此项工作对微波辅助降解化工污水中类POPs物质的工业化实施有较大启发借鉴作用。
Persistent organic pollutants(POPs)are harmful to human health and the environment.Chemical water pollution resulted by polycyclic benzene organicsin coal chemical sewageis the most difficult pollution to deal with.Employing microwave energy in disposing of this kind pollution is a research focus in recent years and it is also a new developing market for high power vacuum microwave devices.This paper introduces the mechanism of microwave assisted chemical sewage treatment and some corresponding laboratory results.A microwave cavityforcoal chemical industry wastewater treatment is designed,and a new process is proposedin which the permanent organic matter is first enriched and then the POPs-like pollutants is treated by microwave assisted degradation.The research has a great inspiration on industrialization of microwave assisted degradation of POPs-like pollutants in chemical sewage.
