Research on the Intellectual Property Service Alliance for Collaborative Innovation

本文分析了协同创新环境下知识产权合作的特征与问题,探讨了面向协同创新主体开展知识产权服务的意义,提出了包含不同类型知识产权服务机构的开放型、跨界合作和网络化的知识产权服务联盟主体架构,构建了面向创新主体科研全过程和面向创新主体间协同合作的纵横交错的知识产权服务流程,最终形成了依托大学科技园、行业协同发展以及区域协同发展的知识产权服务运营模式。

This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of intellectual property rights cooperation under the collaborative innovation environment. And then discusses the significance of the intellectual property service for the innovation subjects. The open, cross-border cooperation and network intellectual property service alliance are proposed in this paper which including different types of intellectual property service institutions. The crisscrossed intellectual property service processes are established for the whole process of scientific research and the collaboration between innovation subjects. At last, the intellectual property service operation mode which depends on the university science park, the industry and regional coordinated development are formed.
