国内公共图书馆开展婴幼儿服务的难点及对策研究

Study on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Offering Infants and Young Children Service in Public Libraries in China

近年来,公共图书馆界大力倡导"儿童优先"的服务理念,但目前针对婴幼儿的服务并不普及。本文阐述了公共图书馆开展0-6岁婴幼儿服务的必要性,分析了婴幼儿服务的现状及主要存在的难点,在归纳美国、意大利、英国等国家的服务经验基础上,针对问题阐述了我国公共图书馆组织开展婴幼儿服务的对策建议。

In recent years, public libraries have vigorously advocated the ＂children first＂ service concept, but the service for infants and young children is not popularized. This paper elaborates the necessity of offering the service for infants between the ages of birth and six in public libraries, and analyzes current situation and difficulties of infants and young children services. Based on summarizing the service experiences of America, Italy, Britain and other countries, it expounds the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of infants and young children service in Chinese public libraries aimed at the existing problems.
