跨文化视角下国内外图书馆员专业学习共同体比较研究

Comparative Study of Librarians' Professional Learning Communities at Home and Abroad based on Cross Culture Perspective

本文基于跨文化视角,从图书馆员发展目标与愿景、馆员集体协作与学习、领导支持三个方面着手,比较国内外图书馆员专业学习共同体背后的文化差异。研究发现,国内外图书馆员专业学习共同体有诸多共性,但是受不同国家文化的影响,在权力距离、集体主义与个人主义等国家文化维度方面表现出较大的差异。

Based on cross culture perspective, this paper compares the cultural differences behind the Librarians＇ Professional Learning Communities（LPLC）at home and abroad from the perspectives of community goals and visions, collective learning and collaboration among librarians, supportive leadership. The study finds that LPLC at home and abroad has many common, but by the influence of different national cultures, there are great differences in power distance, collectivism and individualism.
