半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎47例

Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis for 47 Cases

目的对溃疡性结肠炎患者采用半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗,分析治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年6月—2017年5月收治的94例溃疡性结肠炎患者,按照随机数字法分成2组,实验组47例行以半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗方案,对照组47例行以柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者采用半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗,治疗效果十分显著,而且没有明显的不良反应,该治疗方式值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 94 cases of ulcerative colitis patients in our hospital from June 2016 to May2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group of 47 cases was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and 47 patients in the control group were treated with sulfasalazine treatment.The curative effect of two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there had significant differences P 〈0.05.Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has significantly curative effect,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.The treatment method is worth popularizing in clinical practice
