益元安神方联合针灸治疗老年失眠的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiyuan Anshen Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Insomnia

目的探讨益元安神方联合针刺穴位治疗老年性失眠症的临床效果。方法选取我科2015年12月—2016年12月老年性失眠患者51例,随机分为4组,针灸组13例,中药组13例,联合组12例,安慰组13例。针灸组采取传统常规针灸(针刺并温灸穴位)治疗,中药组采取口服安神补脑液治疗,联合组采用口服益元安神汤联合针灸治疗,安慰组不予以特殊药物处理,仅言语开导患者。评估各组临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量表评分。结果各治疗组总有效率稍高于安慰组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后PSQI积分高于其余各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益元安神汤联合针灸治疗老年性失眠较单用疗效明显,不良作用及依赖性小,适宜于临床广泛推行。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiyuan Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile insomnia.Methods 51 senile patients with insomnia in our department between December 2015 and December 2016 were selected.And they were randomly divided into four groups,acupuncture group of 13 cases,traditional Chinese medicine group of 13 cases,joint group of12 cases and the placebo group of 13 cases.Acupuncture group adopted the traditional routine acupuncture（acupuncture and warm moxibustion points） treatment,traditional Chinese medicine group adopted Anshen Bunao liquid,the joint group was given Yiyuan Anshen decoction combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the placebo group wasn ＇t given special medication,and was given speech enlightening.The clinical curative effect,Pittsburgh sleep quality score was assessed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than placebo group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The PSQI score of joint group was higher than that of the rest of the groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiyuan Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile insomnia obviously curative effect,has less side effect and small dependence,and is suitable for clinical widely promotion.
