以器官系统为中心的基础医学课程整合探索 被引量:14

摘要 随着医学教育的发展,传统的以学科为中心的三段式教育模式已经不能适应当今医学生的培养要求。教改组与对照组分别采用以器官系统为中心的课程整合教学模式和传统教学模式,课程结束后通过收集问卷调查、考试成绩进行对比评价教学效果。结果表明,教改组学生充分认可课程整合教学方法,其考试成绩明显高于传统教学组,特别是在临床病例分析方面。以器官系统为中心的基础医学课程整合教学法能明显提高学生的学习兴趣,增强其学习自主性以及思维与创新能力,显著提高教学效果。 With the development of medical education,three phases of subject-centered education model cannot meet the needs of modern medical education. The reform group and the control group adopt the curriculum integration and the traditional teaching method respectively. The teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaires and final exams. The results indicated that the reform group fully accepted the new teaching method and got higher scores in the final exam than the control group,especially in case analysis. In conclusion,the new teaching method of curriculum integration of basic medicine could arouse students' initiative,increase the students' learning interests,and improve thinking and innovation abilities so as to improve the teaching effects.
